Silent Night

Silent night, holy night
All is calm, all is bright
’Round yon virgin Mother and Child
Holy infant so tender and mild
Sleep in heavenly peace
Sleep in heavenly peace

Silent night, holy night!
Shepherds quake at the sight!
Glories stream from heaven afar;
Heavenly hosts sing Al-le-lu-ia!
Christ the Savior is born!
Christ the Savior is born!

Silent night, holy night
Son of God, oh, love’s pure light
Radiant beams from Thy holy face
With the dawn of redeeming grace
Jesus, Lord at Thy birth
Jesus, Lord at Thy birth

Silent night, holy night
All is calm, all is bright
’Round yon virgin Mother and Child
Holy infant so tender and mild
Sleep in heavenly peace
Sleep in heavenly peace

O Come, All Ye Faithful

O Come All Ye Faithful
Joyful and triumphant,
O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem.
Come and behold Him,
Born the King of Angels;
O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
Christ the Lord.

O Sing, choirs of angels,
Sing in exultation,
Sing all that hear in heaven God’s holy word.
Give to our Father glory in the Highest;
O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
Christ the Lord.

All Hail! Lord, we greet Thee,
Born this happy morning,
O Jesus! for evermore be Thy name adored.
Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing;
O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
Christ the Lord.

Good King Wenceslas

Good King Wenceslas looked out,
On the feast of Stephen,
When the snow lay round about,
Deep and crisp and even.
Brightly shone the moon that night,
Though the frost was cruel,
When a poor man came in sight,
Gath’ring winter fuel.

‘Hither, page, and stand by me,
If thou know’st it, telling,
Yonder peasant, who is he?
Where and what his dwelling?’
‘Sire, he lives a good league hence,
Underneath the mountain,
Right against the forest fence,
By Saint Agnes’ fountain.’

‘Bring me food and bring me wine,
Bring me pine logs hither,
Thou and I will see him dine,
When we bear them thither.’
Page and monarch forth they went,
Forth they went together,
Through the cold wind’s wild lament,
And the bitter weather.

‘Sire, the night is darker now,
And the wind blows stronger,
Fails my heart, I know not how,
I can go no longer.’
‘Mark my footsteps, my good page,
Tread thou in them boldly,
Thou shalt find the winter’s rage,
Freeze thy blood less coldly.’

In his master’s steps he trod,
Where the snow lay dinted,
Heat was in the very sod,
Which the Saint had printed.
Therefore, Christian men, be sure,

Wealth or rank possessing,
Ye who now will bless the poor,
Shall yourselves find blessing.

Christ was born on Christmas Day

When Christ was born, when Christ was born
On Christmas day, on Christmas Day
When Christ was born on Christmas Day.
Oh how I want to be in that number,
When Christ was born on Christmas Day.

Oh when we hear, oh when we hear
The Christmas Bells, the Christmas Bells
Oh when we hear the Christmas Bells.
Oh how I want to be in that number,
When we hear the Christmas Bells.

When Christ was born, when Christ was born
On Christmas day, on Christmas Day
When Christ was born on Christmas Day.
Oh how I want to be in that number,
When Christ was born on Christmas Day.

Oh when we hear, oh when we hear
The Angels sing, the Angels sing
Oh when we hear the Angels sing.
Oh how I want to be in that number,
When we hear the Angels sing.

When Christ was born, when Christ was born
On Christmas day, on Christmas Day
When Christ was born on Christmas Day.
Oh how I want to be in that number,
When Christ was born on Christmas Day.

Oh when the stars, oh when the stars
Begin to shine, begin to shine
Oh when the stars begin to shine.
Oh how I want to be in that number,
When the stars begin to shine

When Christ was born, when Christ was born
On Christmas day, on Christmas Day
When Christ was born on Christmas Day.
Oh how I want to be in that number,
When Christ was born on Christmas Day.

Oh how I want to be in that number
When Christ was born on Christmas day.
Oh how I want to be in that number
When Christ was born on Christmas,
born on Christmas, born on Christmas Day!

Rudolph the red nosed reindeer

You know Dasher and Dancer
and Prancer and Vixen,
Comet and Cupid and
Donner and Blitzen,
But do you recall,
The most famous reindeer of all?

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
Had a very shiny nose,
And if you ever saw it,
You would even say it glows.

All of the other reindeer
Used to laugh and call him names,
They never let poor Rudolph
Join in any reindeer games.

Then one foggy Christmas Eve,
Santa came to say:
“Rudolph with your nose so bright,
Won’t you guide my sleigh tonight?”

Then how the reindeer loved him
As they shouted out with glee:
“Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,
You’ll go down in history.
You’ll go down in history.”

Deck the Halls

Deck the halls with boughs of holly,
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la.
’Tis the season to be jolly,
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la.

Don we now our gay apparel,
Fa-la-la, la-la-la, la, la, la
Troll the ancient Yule-tide carol,
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la.

See the blazing Yule before us
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la.
Strike the harp and join the chorus
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la.

Follow me in merry measure
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la.
While I tell of Yule-tide treasure
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la.

Fast away the old year passes
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la.
Hail the new, ye lads and lasses
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la.

Sing we joyous all together
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la.
Heedless of the wind and weather
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la,
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la, la.

Jingle Bells

Dashing through the snow
in a one-horse open sleigh,
O’er the fields we go,
laughing all the way.
Bells on bob-tails ring,
making spirits bright.
What fun it is to ride and sing
a sleighing song tonight, oh!

Jingle bells, jingle bells,
jingle all the way.
Oh what fun it is to ride
in a one-horse open sleigh, hey!
Jingle bells, jingle bells,
jingle all the way.
Oh what fun it is to ride
in a one-horse open sleigh!

Now the ground is white,
go it while you’re young.
Take the girls tonight,
sing this sleighing song.
Get a bob-tailed bay,
two-forty for his speed,
and hitch him to an open sleigh
and you will take the lead, oh!

Jingle bells, jingle bells,
jingle all the way.
Oh what fun it is to ride
in a one-horse open sleigh, hey!
Jingle bells, jingle bells,
jingle all the way.
Oh what fun it is to ride
in a one-horse open sleigh!

Oh what fun it is to ride
in a one-horse open sleigh!

Santa Claus is coming to Town

You better watch out,
You better not cry,
You better not pout,
I’m telling you why,
Santa Claus is coming to town.

He’s making a list,
He’s checking it twice,
He’s gonna find out who’s naughty or nice
Santa Claus is coming to town.

He sees you when you’re sleeping
And he knows when you’re awake
He knows if you’ve been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake

You better watch out!
You better not cry
You better not pout, I’m telling you why
’Cause Santa Claus is coming to town

He sees you when you’re sleeping
And he knows when you’re awake
He knows if you’ve been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake.

You better watch out!
You better not cry
You better not pout, I’m telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town.

You better watch out!
You better not cry
You better not pout, I’m telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town.
I mean the big fat man with the long white beard
Is coming to town!
